Deputy director, Jisc group customer services

Patrick has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, starting his career at the University of Exeter soon after graduating in Managerial Statistics from that institution. His early career in HE began in planning and statistics, but quickly took a technological path into developing and managing business systems at Northumbria University, including working within a global development partnership. He has been part of Jisc since early 2003, working within Jisc infoNet as a Senior Adviser, then Service Director.
