Question: Please explain the difference between community email address and websubmit email address

The contact email address for spotting a bug is community@ja.net. I have used this to contact the webteam to keep the information/solution within the community website, and to help others who may be having the same issues . I have previously been directing such enquiries to Websubmit@ja.net. Please can I have guidance as to which email is to be used. Thank you

Hi Richard,

Anything related to the Community site should be mailed to community@ja.net. This helps us to keep our issues more organised and helps us to ensure a faster response to any password requests, bug reports, or feature suggestions which may be emailed to us.

The web-submit@ja.net (please note the hyphen there!) mailbox is for any other web-related queries.
