Question: 3rd Party Business WiFi

Hi All,

At RGU we use TheCloud to facilitate guest WiFi access to those who do not have eduroam access. This has been particularly useful as it takes the support for that service away from us which frees up resource, allowing us to focus on in-house services. At present this is an open SSID which forwards hosts to the sky network.

I've recently been informed that Janet will no longer support this tunnel to sky on their network.For that reason I am interested in how other institutions present a WiFi service which is not eduroam for guests on campus?

Any input would be much appreciated.
