eduroam IT Support Staff Troubleshooting Flowchart
This document is intended for the system administrators at member organisations and describes an implementation of a 'walled garden' network service that only gives access to setup tools to enable user devices to be correctly configured to run eduroam securely. The setup tools are the configuration installers produced using the eduroam CAT system, so administrators adopting this deployment will also need to learn how to use that.

Created 28/05/19 Jisc offers customers who have a serious interest in the service the opportunity to evaluation the eVA portal and to try out the service in order to confirm that it meets needs before subscribing. The free trial will provide access to the full functionality of the service, but is offered subject to a number of restrictions as set out below.
