This feature is to ensure that no other users book the venue when it is being used for a non­videoconferencing purpose. Each venue­only booking request consists of the same three stages as in section 2. For the first stage, the purpose of the conference is pre­selected as ‘Venue only’. For the second stage, Add Guest is not available as an option.

Note: Book venue only should not be used when a venue will be involved in a point­to­point videoconference, not using central MCU resources.
