account manager

I am an account manager in the Jisc South West and Midlands team. I manage the relationship between Jisc and the accounts I have (colleges and universities). I aim to ensure that customers are able to make the most of our services and products, highlight our events and new services, provide useful advice and guidance and champion their needs and requirements back to Jisc.
